Bill lives in Clinton, N.Y. and loves spending time with his sons, Dillon and Lange. He’s coached AYSO soccer and indoor soccer for the last 7 years. An outdoorsy type, he enjoys fishing, hiking, golf and downhill skiing. In fact, Bill worked as a ski instructor in Colorado for two years, and was able to log more than 200 days of skiing each year.
Gino Callisto is all about family and friends. In fact, this is something clients probably note right away when they first meet him. Approachable, friendly and a far cry from what one might consider a number cruncher to be like, Gino is a gregarious guy who happens to love financial planning and helping people reach their goals. As MCB’s investment specialist with 17 years of experience on the books, he handles wealth management, investments, managed money, mutual funds, individual securities and annuities. He also serves as the back office liaison for the 401k plans and investments MCB offers.
Gino loves the opportunity to help people achieve their financial goals, including budgeting, savings, investing and retirement planning. He takes great pride in offering each individual client a customized solution based on his or her needs. He puts himself in his clients’ shoes in order to understand the emotions behind what they want. He never goes into a meeting with a preconceived notion as to what his clients want, and he never walks away from a meeting having given them a cookie-cutter solution – every client is unique, as is every approach Gino creates.
A Buffalo, N.Y. native, Gino lives in Amherst, N.Y. with his wife Michelle, children Dario and Lena, and his dog, Primo. Spending time with his family and friends is, in fact, Gino’s favorite pastime, and he loves entertaining – summers at the Callisto residence are always active with people over to visit. He enjoys staying fit by working out, riding bike and swimming.
Allison Kraszewski has more than 10 years of experience in the life and disability insurance field. In her free time, Allison enjoys riding and showing horses, and spending time with her family and friends.
Susie Stephens Jenkins, JD
Susie Stephens Jenkins has previous experience in both the financial and estate planning fields, and is Series 7, 63 licensed and Life & Health Insurance licensed. As a graduate of Bucknell and Suffolk University Law School, Susie is very good at critical thinking and negotiation, two skills that come in handy in both her work and family life. She currently lives in New Hartford with her husband and three children, and enjoys outdoor activities and cheering her children on at their sporting events.
Michelle Putney has worked in the financial industry for nine years. She assists producers with Life, DI & LTC applications and procedures while working in conjunction with the home office to get those policies underwritten promptly and issued correctly. Michelle also assists producers to meet their goals, as well as facilitating new business training for new producers.

Mary Bakaysa has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years. She is also a US Coast Guard Veteran with her background in communications. Currently she is a Registered Principal and Investment Adviser Representative of MML Investors Services, LLC, Member SIPC and a MassMutual subsidiary, located at the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction, 300 Corporate Parkway, Suite 216N, Amherst, New York 14226. Mary is responsible for processing securities and annuities new business applications submitted to include MMLIS registered career agents and brokers. She is series 6, 63 and 26 FINRA Registered and is also a Notary Public for the state of New York. She enjoys outdoor activities and focusing on physical fitness.
